Glad to be writing again and plan on doing it much more frequently. It's so true that it's an investment. It's one of the best decisions i've made in a very long time and I'm kicking myself for not doing it sooner. Hope you're doing well xxxxAmyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14951513976774909073noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7886858137867956916.post-19706866612499970762017-05-12T20:22:49.634+01:002017-05-12T20:22:49.634+01:00I loved reading this post from you Amy! Mental illnesses are truly no fun, I can vouch for that one, but they do teach you so much about yourself and the gift of helping others with your own experience is just great. I'm really pleased that you've decided to take some time out for you and found a therapist that's left you feeling more motivated. I've found private help so much better than what the nhs can provide, which is sad as you do expect more from a free service, but it's truly worth the investment to go privately. It made me smile when I read that your therapist said to write this post, as mine always says I should write my own book on my experiences and become an author hahaha. Best wishes lovely.
